Wake up people. Ya think for ONE SECOND that Obama is going to MANDATE that your employer PROVIDE you with health care? This is going to be the quickest slam dunk I have had in my brief blogging career. For purposes of this illustration, assume your name is Joe and your salary is $35,000/year.
DAY 1: Your employer is required to provide you with health care at its expense.
Day 2: You get a memo from the boss's desk. It reads:
Dear Joe:
Due to rising costs, specifically the requirement that we provide you with health care, and the fact that this health care will cost the company $5,000 per year, effective immediately your salary will be reduced by $5,000 annually. But hey, you've got health care!
Also, due to the new Obama tax plan, there will be no Christmas bonuses or raises.

Your Boss
Yeah, the gov't can make yer boss do lots of things . . . but it CAN'T stop your boss from letting you go or cutting your wages. So the bottom line is, whatever Obama THINKS he is helping you get, he is helping you get it out of your own pocket, so why don't you just go buy your own health plan and not involve the government? Just wondering.
