WORST CASE SCENARIO

This blog entry is asking one question: "what is the WORST thing that can happen, realistically, if Obama(or McCain) is elected?"

Glad you asked. Let's start with McCain. And again, let's stick to REALISTIC possibilities. Fair enough? Good.

1)McCain.
-Is there ANYONE who doubts that this man will AT LEAST hold terrorism at bay, complete the mission in Iraq, move into Afghanistan, deal effectively with Iran, North Korea, and Russia?

-Worst case scenario: McCain DOES end up being 4 more years of Bush, and our economy suffers . . . but there are no TERROR STRIKE SON OUR SOIL.

2)Obama
-is it THAT FAR A STRETCH to believe that a)Obama's inexperience, b)his questionable ties to the muslim extremists, domestic terrorists, anti-patriots, the PLO, Palestinians, etc . . . that he will ALLOW for the destruction of Israel, and cut our defense budget(and capabilities) as he has promised?

-Is it REALISTIC to believe that $800 Billion new spending is going to be enacted while, AT THE SAME TIME 95% are going to get a tax break? Did you know that 40% don't even pay taxes to begin with? Where is this money coming from?

So, in the final analysis . . . McCain would keep America safe but wreck the economy. Under Obama, however, Israel would cease to exist . . . North Korea, Russia, and Iran would all be out of control . . . AND the economy would be wrecked.

Couldn't the DEMOCRATS find ANYONE with a SHRED of experience???? Is Obama all they had????? Party at my place Nov 4.

Lies, damn lies, and statistics

May I remind you that exit polls in 2004 showed John Kerry to win the presidency. Bush won 286 to Kerry's 252. That shows one thing: people are not honest, for whatever reason, as to who they will vote for, or did vote for. Polls are for suckers. Let me say THIS about the polls:

1)it has already been acknowledged that there is a "Wilder effect," which is to say that some people SAY they will vote for Obama, but for whatever reason, they magically change their mind when it comes to voting. I borrowed the following from Wikipedia:

The term the "Wilder effect,"(or Bradley effect) refers to a proposed explanation for a frequently observed discrepancy between voter opinion polls and election outcomes in American political campaigns when a white candidate and a non-white candidate run against each other. Named for Tom Bradley, an African-American who lost the 1982 California governor's race despite being ahead in voter polls, the Bradley effect refers to a tendency on the part of voters to tell pollsters that they are undecided or likely to vote for a black candidate, and yet, on election day, vote for his/her white opponent.

The theory of the Bradley effect is that the inaccurate polls have been skewed by the phenomenon of social desirability bias. Specifically, some white voters give inaccurate polling responses for fear that, by stating their true preference, they will open themselves to criticism of racial motivation. The reluctance to give accurate polling answers has sometimes extended to post-election exit polls as well. The race of the pollster conducting the interview may be a factor into voters' answers.

And as much as I acknowledge that racism is wrong, period . . . if racism helps cure this problem, then FINALLY racism has for the first time brought about GOOD. I do NOT believe that Obama should not be elected for ANY reason tied to his race. Let me be perfectly clear about that. I spent 7 years as a criminal defense attorney and represented blacks many times, often times FOR FREE, and pleaded with juries to acquit my black client . . . and found myself brought ot tears at times because my client was convicted and going to prison. But enough about me and my grandiose view of myself. this is about America. To hell with me.

2)POLLING . . . the devil's science

People watch the polls, and subconsciously EVERYONE wants to be for a winner, so when the "polls" say candidate X is favored, the natural tendency is for people to favor Candidate X . . . they don't want to be for a "loser." But how are these polls conducted. have YOU ever been called and asked your opinion? I didn't think so. Me neither. You know MY theory? Here it is. Republicans are people who do not want or NEED the Government to wipe their ass. Republicans LIVE THEIR LIVES and see the Government for what it is: the most inefficient out-of-touch institution ever invented . . . not the "solution" to ANYTHING. SO when the phone rings, Republicans are out having dinner, out shopping, enjoying LIFE. The people who answer the phone are mostly morons who answer their phone and want to give an answer that makes them feel like they are "informed" and "in the know." Where do they get their information? From the media who(unbeknownst to them) have given Obama a free pass to the extent that Hillary Clinton was UNFAIRLY DEFEATED in the Democratic Primary because of the free pass that even HILLARY complained of! Did you notice that ALL Of the final primaries were won by Hillary? Obama got the big lead he got because of the FREE PASS, and BARELY won in the end. And even THEN he wasn't smart enough to name Hillary as his running mate. But THIS is the guy who is going to be elected to the top position on EARTH?

3)Turnout

People can SAY whatever they want when the phone rings. The bottom line is WHO turns out to vote decides the election. These polls have been wrong time and time again. Space and time do not permit an expose on just how WRONG polls have been. The polls had Gore winning. Wrong. The polls had Kerry winning. Wrong again. And now the polls say Obama is winning. Over my dead body. And I am not the only one.

For the most part, people who stay AT HOME AND ANSWER THE PHONE are the have nots. The McCain voters are out enjoying life as the phone rings off the hook. The voter who supports Obama, more often than not, is the disenfranchised . . .they have no place to go, they have nothing to do, and so they answer their phone and recite the uneducated party line . . . "Obama" so they can feel better about themselves, completely unaware they are pawns in a game of class warfare. America will wake up on November 5 and be shocked AGAIN, as they always are. The media did everything it could, but came up short again. Why? There are still JUST ENOUGH people that CARE about this country to prevent 1)socialism from taking over, and 2)terrorism from running rampant

This is just one more in a long line of Middle Eastern “coincidences” associated with the Obama campaign. How many can he EXPLAIN AWAY? After all, if it's a COINCIDENCE, why doesn't McCain have any suspected ties to radicals, extremists, terrorists, pick your term?

Besides, shouldn't is say SOMETHING that Obama even HAS an "Arab American and Muslim American outreach coordinator?"

Wright Jr. In 1982, the church launched Trumpet Newsmagazine; Wright's daughters serve as publisher and executive editor. Every year, the magazine makes awards in various categories. Last year, it gave the Dr. Jeremiah A. Wright Jr. Trumpeter Award to a man it said "truly epitomized greatness." That man is Louis Farrakhan.

Now let's hear from Rev. Farrakhan himself:
Addressing a large crowd behind a podium Feb. 24 with a Nation of Islam Saviour's Day 2008 sign, Farrakhan proclaims,

"You are the instruments that God is going to use to bring about universal change, and that is why Barack has captured the youth. And he has involved young people in a political process that they didn't care anything about. That's a sign. When the Messiah speaks, the youth will hear, and the Messiah is absolutely speaking."


Now THAT, folks is scary. I can see it now . . . all these people Obama has distanced himself from to fool you, manipulate the people, and win this election, they will ALL BE THERE AT THE INAUGURATION, laughing . . . AT YOU. Farrakhan, Wright, Phleger, Ayers, Rezko(who Obama will pardon), Michelle(who will finally be PROUD of America), Jessie Jackson, Al Sharpton . . . they will ALL be there, and the joke will be on YOU.

Oh, and don't forget . . . they will be dancing in the streets in Syria, Libya, Iran, Pakistan, Afghanistan, China, Russia, Venezuela, Cuba, North Korea . . . but don't you worry yourself with the facts. Just keep buying into that "I want to talk about the economy" crap.

Barack Obama will fight for equal rights for gays, Michelle Obama told a gay Democratic group Thursday.

"Barack believes that we must fight for the world as it should be, a world where together we work to reverse discriminatory laws," she said to a group of gays and lesbians.

Michelle Obama also drew a connection between the struggles for gay rights and civil rights.

"We are all only here because of those who marched and bled and died, from Selma to Stonewall, in the pursuit of a more perfect union," she said at the event, held days before the anniversary of the 1969 Stonewall riots between gays and New York police, and the city's annual gay pride parade.

"The world as it is should be one that rejects discrimination of all kinds," she said.

Touting her husband's record pushing for workplace discrimination legislation as an Illinois state senator and his support of civil unions, Obama noted her husband also had brought a call for equality to conservative groups, telling churchgoers they need to combat homophobia in the black community.

The Illinois senator opposes a constitutional amendment to ban gay marriage and says states should make their own decisions on the matter. He has said he's interested in ensuring that same-sex couples in civil unions get federal benefits.

Michelle Obama's speech brought a standing ovation from the crowd of about 200 donors, who raised about $1.3 million, organizers said.

Yeah, THAT'S the change we need, RIGHT? Same sex marriage???? Federal benefits for "domestic partners?" This is a SICK liberal agenda, and America needs to PUT THE KOOL-AID DOWN and start PAYING ATTENTION TO WHAT IS GOING ON!!!! How can a man with SO MANY RADICAL LEFT WING ASSOCIATIONS AND POSITIONS EVEN BE IN CONTENTION FOR THE WHITE HOUSE? EQUAL rights for gays? What a joke.
